Return Policy

  1. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

    • All products purchased from Eauscent are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
    • All sales are final.
  2. Returns for Fulfillment Errors Only

    • Returns or replacements are only accepted in cases of:
      • Incorrectly shipped items.
      • Missing items from your order.
    • Damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or application are not covered under this policy.
  3. Courier Charges for Incorrect Shipments

    • Courier charges for incorrect shipments will be borne by Eauscent.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Refunds for Fulfillment Errors

    • Refund requests for verified fulfillment errors will be processed within 10–15 business days.

OTP Verification and Inspection Upon Delivery

  1. OTP Verification

    • During delivery, you must provide a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  2. Inspection Before OTP Submission

    • Inspect the package and product carefully before providing the OTP.
    • Record a 360-degree unboxing video while opening the package.
    • Check for:
      • Damaged or tampered packaging.
      • Incorrect items or missing quantities.
  3. If the Package is Compromised

    • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, you may:
      • Reject the delivery or
      • Accept it with a Negative Proof of Delivery (POD). Ensure to include:
        • Photographs of the package.
        • Clear remarks in the POD.

Accepted Deliveries with Partial, Damaged, or Tampered Orders

  1. Documentation Required

    • If you accept delivery of damaged or incomplete orders, provide the following:
      • Negative POD Image.
      • 360-degree unboxing video showing product labels, outer packaging, and contents.
  2. No Refund Without Documentation

    • Deliveries accepted without a Negative POD or unboxing video will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Complaints and Timely Submission

  1. Submit Complaints Within 48 Hours

    • For order issues, email contacteauscent@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Complaints submitted after 48 hours will not be entertained.
  2. Damage After Delivery

    • Eauscent is not responsible for any damages that occur after delivery and are not clearly visible in the unboxing video.

Shipping and Handling Fees

  1. Charges
    • Shipping and handling fees vary based on product size, packaging, and weight.
    • Final charges will be displayed at checkout before completing payment.

Refund Processing and Dispute Resolution

  1. Refunds for Returned Items

    • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is inspected at our warehouse.
  2. Dispute Resolution

    • In cases of disputes between the customer and the shipping partner, refunds will only be processed after acknowledgment from the shipping partner.
